Ideas for film opening

As my film is going to be based around youth culture, I need to think of some ideas for my film opening, storyboard and script. I am going to look at some successful football films, and what disruptions they use in an attempt to make my film opening more original. In the film 'The Arsenal Stadium Mystery', the star player of the opposing side mysteriously dies on the pitch, which then sparks a police investigation. This gives the film a USP, making the film different, and therefore more likely to gain profit and a larger audience, whilst still picking out a target audience. Although football films are a niche market, they are really popular if done well. This is shown by films such as 'goal', which became really popular due to the USP of a young footballer rising up through the youth ranks and becoming a star, overcoming difficulties along the way.
